Hello I am Danielle Brazer and recently graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor's degree in biology. I am eager to be involved in research dealing with functional genomics, developmental biology and comparative anatomy to gather a more in depth understanding of how fish transitioned into tetrapods. This will help me in my long term goal of furthering my scientific education. I hope to be able to combine genome editing, gene drive technology, and perhaps one day become an ecological engineer. When I am not working, one will find me on the beach, hiking, watering my plants, trying new foods, worrying about climate change and how I can be more sustainable!
